Product Description
For years aquatic therapists have used water techniques to bring relief to patients with back problems. Now clients with home treatable problems have a book written for them. Men and women with chronic back pain who have access to a home or community pool can enjoy youthful movement and relief from pain during the aquatic BackHab program. The BackHab program is designed to bridge the gap between primary therapy and club fitness programs.
While BackHab – The Water Way to Mobility and Pain Free Living is targeted toward the end user, aquatic instructors and therapists have found the book helpful in working with their clients. The author encourages instructors and therapists to freely copy and/or modify the BackHab program to help as many people as possible. With a variety of exercises they can mix and match movements to create a program suitable to their pools and clients.

* Please Note: I don’t sell anything. There’s no commercial anything in my video blogs. I’m just a Mom with a Mac who video blogs. * Hello. I’m Diana. I’m 38. I have fibromyalgia. I’m a stay-at-home Mom. A few years ago, when I was diagnosed with fibro, I was given a good piece of advice: “Exercise and you will feel better FASTER.” I resisted. How could I possibly exercise when it hurt just to move? “I’ll exercise WHEN I feel better,” I stubbornly told the rheumatologist, thinking she was nuts. “No,” she said, “you need to exercise so that you WILL feel better.” Oh. Dang it all if she wasn’t right. This is a 9-minute story of fibromyalgia and exercise, with a bit of humor and gratuitous sound effects. Enjoy! If you like it, let me know so it will inspire me to make more. (This one took about 20 hours of editing time to make, but that’s probably because I’m still learning my way around a Mac.)- Diana

Product Description

Written by one of the world’s leading experts in Chronic Fatigue/Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS), this book is the most authoritative guide to a devastating illness that affects millions of people. Misunderstood by both the public and the medical community, CFIDS has been subject to rumors and misinformation, making it next to impossible to determine what the facts are. David S. Bell, M.D., a noted expert and pioneer in the diagnosis and treatment of CFIDS, has written this book to provide accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information for all those who need to understand this emerging health epidemic. This definitive guide to the history, symptoms, effects, theories, treatment, continuing research, and recent advances covers all that anyone who has been touched by this devastating illness needs to know to understand, treat, and live with it. Furthermore, this book details the tremendous strides that are being made in the search for the cause and the cure for CFIDS, and provides sufferers with the latest information on what they can do to best treat the symptoms they suffer from. For many of the victims of CFIDS, there are often more questions than answers. Here at last are the facts from the acknowledged expert.

www.facebook.com Prior to arriving for my DLA tribunal I had a panic attack and had to take my medication which is Propanalol 40mg this is one of the only medications I can take whilst driving. I telephoned to inform the Tribunal Service that i was arriving late and asked where I could park, they advised me that if you have a hearing and you are disabled you must book parking spaces prior to arrival, but they had double yellow lines available for me to park on. When I went into the office I was greeted by x2 males one being the clerk and the other I am not sure who he was, there was security and my benefits welfare officer who kindly came to support me. The clerk informed me offered me a drink of water to take with my tablet, and informed me that a member of public had come to observe the hearing, he also happened to be an unknown male. I was then taken to a room and introduced to the panel, a Judge whom they refer to as the Chair, a Doctor, and another person. there was also a representative from the DWP who would be defending their reason for stopping my DLA. Following my assault part of my concerns are being around males who I do not know coming into direct contact with me especially if they have to amke decisions or ask me personal questions, and here I was surrounded by them. This was my worst nightmare thankfully the room I was taken to had windows but then they shut the doors, I was extremely scared, petrified, I felt like a criminal on trial! I have to go through …
