This AROMATHERAPY HOT/COLD PACK will stay warm 35-40 minutes and cold 20-25 minutes. Weighs 5 pounds and is 24″ X 7″ with an extension of 7″ X 8″ that goes down between the shoulder blades. It has soft polar fleece on one side, which allows for moist heat penetration, and black cordura on the other side, which maximizes heat and cold retention.
