Product Description
he Knobble II is the newly designed cousin of the all-wood classic favorite of therapists and self care enthusiasts. Still about the size of a standard doorknob, it is made of durable polymer. The base is held in the palm of the hand, and the smoothly rounded tip is used to apply pressure to trigger points in soft tissue. The Knobble II has the added benefit of a soft band of non-latex, Santoprene around the base that allows for friction techniques. Bodyworkers ofte… More >>

When I first opened the box with the Knobble in it, I was surprised by how small it was and couldn’t imagine it would actually help. I was wrong. This small item fits nicely in my palm. The large hand held base with a small tip allows you to apply a large amount of pressure on a small spot without much effort. The first time I tried it, I actually hurt my shoulder. The Knobble truly requires very little pressure to work and is great for relieving minor aches.

  2. For many years I’ve been using and recommending to my patients, the virtues of the precursor Knobble (made of wood then). I personally keep one in my car for use on hamstrings (weight of my leg does the “work”), low back, upper back; and other uses at home, carried in my backpack, etc. for instant and easy use to forestall or eliminate Trigger Points almost anywhere. It is easy – and now even easier with the coating around the rim – to use cupped in my hand (or someone else’s), and can now be attached to a doorknob or other hanging spot where I can press against any of the rounded portions to relieve Tr Pts with very little effort. One of the best designed and most versatile tools for self-help. Thank you, Knobble people and Positive Pressure people for continuing to supply this beautifully designed tool for both body workers and the general public.

This little knobble does the trick when trying to work a really painful knot out. You obviously need someone to help, but it only takes a VERY LITTLE amount of pressure. You just find the knot or pressure point and press for a few minutes. I have bought one for my Mom and sister-in-law. I would also recommend purchasing the “Trigger Point Therapy Workbook” by Clair Davies. This is a great combo for people who suffer from headache, backaches, neck problems, or even carple-tunnel.

  4. I was the type that actually wedged my TV remote in places on my back – trying to get relief to those pressure points. Now I can reach them easily. I also use the edge to roll on sore muscles to massage.

If you are the type that can’t take pain on these areas, you wont like it. It is hard and really does the job at applying deep pressure to these points.

I love this little massage tool. I’ve purchase a few other larger, more substantial massage instruments, like the back knobber, massage roller (tiger tail), and this little thing beats them all for local massage points — especially for the price. Can’t beat it! Hurry and get one, you won’t regret it.

I’ve used it on my back, shoulders, quads, calves, forearms, etc. It provides relief from fatigued or sore muscles. Higly recommend it.
