I AM 49 YEARS OLD AND GOING THROUGH MENOPAUSE. I WAS SUFFERING FROM MIGRAINES FOR TWO YEARS WHEN AFTER READING YOUR BOOK, I TOOK YOUR ADVISE AND STARTED USING NATURAL PROGESTERONE CREAM. MY SISTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH FIBROMYALGIA, AND SHE, JUST LIKE MS. FITZGERALD DEALT WITH THE AGONY AND FRUSTRATION OF A DISEASE THAT WAS NOT UNDERSTOOD IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. I thank God for this informative and inspiring book. It fills my heart with joy and hope to know that I can finally find some relief for this senseless and painful disorder that has ravished my body for so long. I have met this wonferful person and has such compassion for those who suffer as she has. This book is so informative and easy to comprehend. I also liked the idea of the diary at the end of this book. It was very beneficial. Fibromyalgia makes you feel like you are in this endless tunnel consisting of pain, burning, aching, lethargy, depression and the list goes on. Now I feel that there is finally light at the end of this dark, dark tunnel. Thank You, Pam
